- Team management (disciplinary, 30-40%)
- Planning, implementation, and monitoring assigned projects end-to-end (incl. migration of processes to centers)
- Establishing project objectives, developing and following project schedules and budget plans
- Identifying project risks, communicating with stakeholders and conducting lessons learned workshops
- Coordinating project activities with local teams and executives
- Planning and prioritizing tasks in consultation with the executive or program manager
- Designing and implementing defined work packages in the project
- Supporting the stakeholders and managing external providers
- Organizational steering of control and decision-making bodies and regular reporting
- Preparing evaluations, ad-hoc reports and training materials
- Conducting gap analyses and maintaining a close working relationship with local management
- Proactively contributing to further development of project management methodology
- Fostering learning, co-operation and feedback culture
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

- Very good command of English, German preferable
- This opportunity is directed to candidates with international practical experience in leading small projects or experience project managers
- Business related degree
- Knowledge about Migration/Transition management
- Experience handling projects, solutioning is an added advantage
- Certification in Project Management would be an advantage
- Team Management skills
