In this important role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our aircraft meet the highest airworthiness standards. Your expertise will be essential in conducting thorough reviews, collaborating with teams, and contributing to our commitment to aviation safety and compliance.

  • Performs airworthiness reviews on managed aircraft,
  • Issues Airworthiness Review Certificates,
  • Issues Permits to Fly for managed aircraft (Form 20b),
  • Reports findings out of airworthiness reviews and addresses them to the CAMO for corrective actions,
  • Recommends issuance of an Airworthiness Review Certificate to the Authority when applicable,
  • Coordinates and prepares authority inspections (ACAM) on managed aircraft when required,
  • Supports reporting in the frame of the SWISS Reporting System (SRS),
  • Supports technical investigations in the frame of the Safety Management System (SMS).

We are looking for a detail-oriented Airworthiness expert to conduct comprehensive assessments of aircraft compliance with airworthiness standards. You will collaborate with engineers, technicians, and regulatory bodies to ensure that our fleet meets technical safety and regulatory requirements.

  • Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or apprenticeship and HF-Degree in the aviation industry combined with professional experience or equivalent technical background in aviation
  • At least 5 years of experience in continuing airworthiness management
  • Appropriate license in compliance with EASA Part-66 is an advantage
  • Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High integrity, loyalty and spirit of initiative
  • Good spoken and written English skills. German is of advantage
  • The successful candidate will be subject to assessment and acceptance by the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA)
