For the business segment "Aircraft Maintenance Services" of Lufthansa Technik AG, we are looking for you as an intern in the area of Digital Transformation & Business Excellence:

  • Support in the implementation and further development of Business Excellence initiatives.
  • Taking over PMO activities in the projects
  • Design and facilitate workshops and trainings
  • Selecting and developing required methods and tools
  • Support communication within the project activities
  • Create documentation and presentations for business excellence topics in coordination with the team
  • Perform special tasks

In order to complete an internship in our company, you must be in at least the third semester of your studies at the time of the internship.

  • Active student, preferably technical or business related studies
  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (enrollment certificate and certificate of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) or internship between the Bachelor and Master studies (Gap Year)
  • Knowledge of process management, transformation, lean methods, quality management are an advantage
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Team and communication skills
  • Confident and open manner towards internal and external partners
  • Very good IT skills (especially MS Office)
  • Strong analytical and strongly developed conceptual skills
  • Quick comprehension, objective and confident judgment
  • High level of creativity, strong initiative and sense of responsibility
  • Pragmatic and goal-oriented approach with a "hands-on" mentality
  • Intercultural competence
