As the Product Sales Manager - EPAR, you will perform the following duties:

  • Develop business plans and sales strategies for the designated markets
  • Develop, issue and negotiate proposals, including calculation risk assessment and coordination with LHT internal product lines
  • Provide technical consulting on parts repair business, especially with a focus on cost reduction potentials over the whole product lifecycle
  • Negotiate and conclude contracts
  • Follow up for collection of payment
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns
  • Establish, maintain and develop current and potential customer relationships
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and telemarketing events as necessary
  • Prepare a variety of Sales status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 5 years’ experience in sales or customer service of engine MRO or similar industry required 
  • Fluency in English language required
  • German, Spanish and/or Portuguese desirable
  • In depth understanding of airline industry and regional markets preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS-Office products and SAP as expert
  • Excellent business sense
  • Excellent detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
