Our Group Occupational Safety team supports various Lufthansa Group companies in the implementation of legally required occupational safety regulations and company-wide minimum standards in fire protection, hazardous substance management, radiation protection and occupational safety.

  • Independent safety-related consulting and auditing of the processes, topics, operating areas to be supervised on the basis of legal, operational regulations
  • Advicing on structural, technical and organizational fire protection measures as fire protection officer for defined parts of the company
  • Takeover and independent organization of subject areas and projects
  • Advicong on the design or modification of work equipment, workplaces and work processes
  • Risk assessment; developing proposals for measures to prevent hazards; drawing up recommendations, reviewing instructions
  • Investigating accidents, hazardous and stressful situations and accident trends in the care sector
  • Carrying out measurements, training courses, events

  • You have a completed (technical) university degree as Dipl.-Ing./ Bachelor/Master
  • You have completed or would like to complete training as a fire safety officer
  • You have many years of relevant professional experience as an occupational safety specialist (technical environment preferred)
  • You are characterized by a high level of strategic understanding as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • You have a high degree of negotiating skills and a confident manner
  • You are a team player and have a strong customer focus
  • You have a high level of initiative and commitment
  • Very good German and English skills round off your profile
  • Further qualifications in the field of radiation protection/explosion protection are an advantage
