As a member of our legal feedback team, your primary role involves addressing legal and paralegal inquiries originating from SWISS. Our objective is to provide thorough and high-quality responses to all such requests.

Your responsibilities include managing complaints and inquiries within the legal domain for SWISS, as well well as overseeing routine administrative duties like approvals and quality monitoring. Additionally, you may be assigned ad-hoc tasks as needed.

  • Handling requests sent by various legal authorities to SWISS (eg National Enforcement Body, Alternative Dispute Resolution etc ...) in a timely manner
  • Answering requests of lawyers representing SWISS in court proceedings
  • Investigating legal claims
  • Exchanging and coordinating with other departments and authorities
  • General administrative tasks related to the department activities
  • Database maintenance

  • Completed apprenticeship or University Degree
  • Previous experience in Complaint Management would be an asset
  • Experience in the airline industry would be advantageous
  • Structured and precise working style
  • Ability to work independently whilst adhering to internal and external deadlines and guideline
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent written and oral knowledge in English, German would be a strong asset
