Multi-Task Station Agent

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Provide customer care and sales-information to customers (incl. Miles & More customers)
  • Calculating and issuing tickets incl. re-issues
  • Issuing of PEVs
  • To process refunds, TODs, replacement documents and excess luggage
  • Carry out all check-in procedures
  • Carry out boarding incl. gate-closing tasks
  • File passenger irregularity reports
  • Issue Weight and Balance documents
  • Carry out post flight duties
  • Ensure necessary communication with relevant departments
  • Coordination and supervision of all aspects of the work flow on the apron
  • To carry out last minute changes
  • Provide assistance to passengers with special needs
  • Focus on generating and increasing ancillary revenues in all areas
  • Assist with admin tasks
  • Carry out all gate related task

 

* Participation in other duties as assigned

To be successful in this role you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

 

  • Intermediate school qualification (e.g. GCSE-level) and completed
  • Vocational training in the commercial field or service industry
  • Numeracy
  • English fluent, both spoken and written
  • German desirable
  • Driving license
  • PC-skills preferred
  • Ability to make ad-hoc decisions
  • Suitability for shift work and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to deal with conflict
  • Social skills
  • Team player
  • Well-groomed appearance
  • Poss. psychological aptitude test
  • No permanently assigned workstation
  • Weather factors and noise pollution
  • Lifting of luggage up to 23kg
