SWISS Station Performance Managers serve as a link between the central performance management functions and the line organizations, supporting the worldwide SWISS operations on ground while at the same time ensuring that the expected SWISS service quality standards are met.
- Analyzes the performance of the worldwide SWISS outstations and derives actions fields.
- Collaborates closely with the Head of Performance Management & Support.
- Represents the SWISS interests in respect to ground operations requirements in close cooperation with line management at the Lufthansa Group outstations worldwide.
- Ensures compliance with SWISS specific standards and procedures.
- Defines KPIs and performance standards and tracks them as such.
- Supports, leads or coordinates quality improvement initiatives.
- Secures or develops meaningful reports and intuitive tools.
- Monitors SLA performance and determines the application of bonus/malus.
- Collaborates closely with the performance management team of Lufthansa Group, taking on specific tasks and responsibilities.

SWISS Station Performance Managers are experts in the field of ground operations, bringing with them profound knowledge and experience. Furthermore, they are capable of processing and interpreting vast amounts of operational data, combining them with their own experience to propose improvements.
- High degree of understanding in the field of aircraft operations
- Working experience in the area of ground operations desired
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, reporting systems, collaboration platforms desired
- Fluent communication/writing skills in English, German skills are an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, quick perception of organizational setups and processes.
- Mature communication skills
- Persuasive personality with natural authority
- Team oriented, efficient in collaborating within a cross-functional and geographically spread organization.
- Good conflict management skills with the ability to compromise
- Ability to easily and quickly adapt to changing cultures and environments
