Your mains tasks include, among others:
- Building and maintaining customer relationships, including the planning, preparation, execution and follow-up of customer activities, and the supervision, coordination and handling of inquiries and sales projects for all products in the product portfolio
- Managing (strategic) sales projects as the Functional Lead of an interdisciplinary sales team and be responsible for the efficient usage of internal resources
- Identifying customer potential, development and implementation of individual customer strategies
- Identify customer needs, demands and buying motives and use them to develop offer and negotiation strategies
- Conduct contract negotiations with customers and functionally lead the negotiation team
* All other duties as assigned or required
If you want to be the next Corporate Sales Manager you must fulfill the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or an engineering qualification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience within Sales at customer interface
- Excellent existing network to airlines in Japan
- Experienced with big customer accounts and its processes preferable
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills with customer-oriented attitude
- Ability and self-driven motivation to adapt and solve complex challenges and new ways of business
- Fluent English language, both written & spoken
- Excellent spoken & written Japanese language
- Knowledge of another Asian language or German is advantageous
- Able to travel to Germany & extensively within Asia Pacific
