As a Business Analyst for our Crew Management System, you will be part of an agile squad that responsible for all digital products support crew planning processes for SWISS. Organizationally, you will report into the Head of Digital Products Airline Operations in the IT division.
- Gather and document business requirements related to crew scheduling, rostering, and compliance management
- Analyse current Crew Management system functionalities, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop process flows, business cases and detailed requirements documentation
- Assist in testing new features, system enhancements ensuring solutions align with business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders from crew planning, operations, and IT to drive seamless integration and system optimization
- Lead workshops, meetings and reviews with cross functional teams to validate solutions and ensure successful implementation

- University's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field
- Min. 2+ Years of relevant working experience
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate them effectively to development teams
- Experience in project management methodologies including Agile or Scrum would be an asset
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure)
- Proficiency in data analysis and business process modeling
- Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate a complex stakeholder landscape
- Familiarity with airline industry would be an advantage
