We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to support us in OKR management and work with us to achieve our ambitious goals. Join a dynamic team and learn how companies successfully implement and optimize their strategic orientation using the method.

  • Participation in the introduction of agile methods (OKR, Enterprise Kanban, Flight Level Systems)
    Support in the establishment and further development of an Objectives and Key Results (OKR) community
  • Preparation and implementation of community events within the Lufthansa Group
  • Support in the conception of workshops and training formats
  • Support of the OKR Program Lead in the Lufthansa Group

Internship in the central innovation team

As an intern, you will help us drive innovation and shape a data-driven company. Get to know modern management methods such as OKRs and gain valuable experience.

Internship start: by arrangement for 6 months. The internship is remunerated.

In order to complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester of study in business administration, economics, business informatics, industrial engineering, business psychology, business education or communication sciences at the time of the internship.

  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
  • Language skills: German and English
  • Independent way of working and organizational skills
  • Insights into a modern management method used by leading companies worldwide
  • A steep learning curve through independent projects and tasks
  • Flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely
  • Open, communicative and team-oriented way of working
  • IT skills: Office 365, especially Excel, Powerpoint
