As an Inside Sales and Sales Support at Swiss WorldCargo, you will promote LX network, actively participating in revenue generation, and providing sales and administrative support. You will be driving business growth through short-term capacity sales and customer relationship management.

  • Actively promote the Swiss WorldCargo network and product portfolio
  • Drive revenue by selling Swiss WorldCargo products to current and potential customers
  • Prepare and provide customer quotations, manage offers, and secure business through the oneCRM system
  • Manage and book various types of shipments in SwissWorx, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Support corrective handling of ad hoc and contracted rate agreements, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Maintain standard and contracted rates in SwissWorx and update rate sheets in cooperation with the sales
  • Manage CASS correction requests, working closely with forwarders, and seek clarification from sales as needed

  • Previous experience in air cargo sales or logistics is preferred
  • Demonstrated sales flair with the ability to engage customers, identify opportunities, and close deals effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing rate sheets and customer data
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for close collaboration with forwarding agents and internal teams
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and German is essential, additional languages are an advantage
