  • Flawless, economical and timely planning of courses and training for the Cockpit Training division (flight simulators, instructors and other training equipment)
  • Long and short-term planning on the assigned flight simulators as well as scheduling within the current month
  • Planning according to the existing planning guidelines of our customers or our own training department
  • Exchange with internal interfaces and customers to ensure cockpit crew training for Swiss, Edelweiss and our international clientele
  • Administrative tasks in connection with the training courses conducted

  • Completed vocational training in a similar field, alternatively in the areas of scheduling or production planning and control
  • Ideally aviation experience and familiar with processes and interrelationships in flight crew training or flight operations
  • Very good knowledge and use of MS Office and IT planning tools
  • Independent working style, strong analytical and networked thinking, as well as organizational skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
