You will be responsible for the following:

  • Receive, bin, and issue materials, tools, and equipment,
  • Check for damages, shortages, and incorrect materials and report,
  • Ensure correct labeling for parts requiring binning/issuing,
  • Assist in material inspection,
  • Manage inventory,
  • Sort and store materials,
  • Pack materials properly,
  • Ensure enough storage space,
  • Conduct stock checks,
  • Monitor customs declarations,
  • Coordinate shipments,
  • Manage materials with shelf life control,
  • Complete assigned tasks within timeline,
  • Generate inventory reports,
  • Complete specially assigned warehouse tasks within timeline.

The ideal Technical Storekeeper should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Min. 2 years of work experience in stores department in aviation Industry 
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • US export control regulations knowledge
  • Experience in using MHE, forklift license/experience preferred
  • Knowledge of dangerous goods regulations preferred, certification would be an advantage
  • Proficient knowledge of MS-Office products
  • Experience working with SAP GTS and web control Inventory management system
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
  • Diligent and systematic approach to work
  • Good planning and time management
  • Proactive and innovative
  • Highly organized with a structured approach to the delivery of projects
  • Willing to travelling abroad
  • Participation in various projects and tasks beyond own job responsibilities
