AMOS is a maintenance & engineering IT tool that is used by customers and service providers in the aviation industry to plan and document technical services. This IT tool is highly complex and requires highly specific system knowledge.

In the recent past, application errors have occurred for various reasons, such as insufficient system knowledge, non-intuitive system behavior and poor software ergonomics. In addition, there are challenges in dealing with a "live system" (changes are implemented immediately and have a direct impact).

  • Review and analysis of the application errors that have occurred
  • Detailed analysis of the human-machine interface
  • Recognition of systematics and documentation of the results
  • Derivation of suitable training measures for the design of targeted continuation training
