  • Daily goods receiving of customer materials
  • Request daily material consumption list from AC maintenance organization
  • On a daily basis book customer material consumption data in respective IT system
  • Request actual material consumption list from AC maintenance organization
  • Prepare report for serviceable materials on stock based on provided consumption reports by AC maintenance organization
  • Book out materials from the respective IT system
  • Upload return AWB information in respective IT system
  • Perform daily check of component materials, booked and ready for return from store
  • Prepare material report for specific AC
  • Print material documentation and provide it to AC maintenance organization
  • Participate in virtual teammetings (if necessary)

Lufthansa Technik Sofia

Lufthansa Technik Sofia is part of the Lufthansa Technik base maintenance network. It performs heavy maintenance checks on the Airbus 320 family and Boeing B737 Classic and B737 NG. The company is situated at Sofia airport and operates since October 2008.

  • University degree in relevant area (logistics or purchasing preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of material processing (receiving, issuing, stock levels of materials)
  • Basic knowledge of logistics (physical logistics, transport, planning and purchasing) processes
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Computer literate
  • Basic experience with material resource planning systems, preferably SAP / AMOS
  • Team spirit, sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills
  • Technical affinity
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexibility according to workload during the project phases
  • Cultural competence
  • Competence to work in virtual teams
