As a working student (m/f/diverse) you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Work on current digital innovation projects in the field of business analytics & data science
  • Support us in designing data ETL processes and creating forecast models based on machine-learning and statistical methods
  • Help us in creating production-ready frontends to visualize our results
  • Challenge the status-quo by researching and implementing novel methods for demand forecasting.
  • Implement containerized solutions in our cloud environment

We are currently looking for a working student (f/m/diverse) in the Digital Innovations department.

For your new job as a working student (m/f/diverse) at Lufthansa Technik you should have the following qualifications:

  • Enrolled student within Data Science, Computer-Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics or similar field of study
  • University matriculation during entire duration of internship or GAP year internship (between bachelor and master degree)
  • Basic knowledge of Data Science methods (ETL-processes, machine-learning, time-series-forecasting)
  • Experience in coding Python, experience with libraries such as pandas, sklearn, plotly, dash are a plus
  • Experience with opject-oriented programming is a strong plus
  • First experience with cloud deployment is a plus
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent english
