As the central point of contact on-site, you will take on the leadership and coordination of our team, ensuring smooth project activities in line with quality and efficiency.

  • Technical leadership and operational coordination of the on-site team
  • Project management and representation of Deutsche Lufthansa on-site
  • Ensuring and reviewing contractor performance
  • Identifying optimization potential and implementing best practices
  • Organizing aircraft handover and creating project reports

You bring solid technical expertise and extensive experience in aircraft overhaul, along with leadership skills, teamwork, and willingness to work internationally.

  • Completed vocational training with additional qualifications (e.g. master craftsman) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in line/base maintenance
  • Strong social skills, teamwork and leadership abilities, as well as intercultural competence
  • EASA Part 66 CAT B license and Train-the-Trainer qualification desirable
  • Very good English skills, willingness to learn German, if not capable.
  • Very good computer skills, as well as negotiation skills and flexibility
