As Senior Manager Product Development (m/f/diverse), you will:

  • Lead the design and development of Lufthansa Cargo AG's product portfolio with a strong focus on customer benefit, operational feasibility, and value contribution
  • Create specifications, processes, and prototypes for new products and services based on customer requirements, data analysis, and market trends
  • Take responsibility for the success of individual portfolio elements by setting and continuously measuring quantitative and qualitative targets
  • Establish and develop international partnerships for service provision and develop Group-wide interfaces

We would be delighted if you meet the following requirements:

  • Completed university degree in business administration, economics/computer science, natural sciences or engineering or equivalent knowledge and skills based on relevant training and professional experience
  • Experience in working on or managing projects and working with innovative methods
  • Results-oriented, cross-company thinking and acting, confident appearance, persuasiveness and assertiveness
  • Fluent in business English with exceptional abilities in communication, negotiation, and presentation
  • Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills, coupled with high-level decision-making and analytical thinking prowess
