Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Make bookings and servicing of LX Products and Services
  • Follow up inquiries from outdoor sales and finalize in OneCRM reporting outcomes
  • Respond to rate inquiries and optimize short term opportunities
  • Proactively monitor flown shipment and follow up irregularities
  • Post departure activities (Re-bookings, Load factor update, Verification)
  • Flight steering: Instruct GHA clearly on instruction sheet. Communicate container usage by cargo vs passenger side and planned number of ULDs
  • Act in “pairing teams” for efficient and immediate results
  • Digitally be part of Virtual Competence Center (VCC) Team
  • Pursue tasks based on VCC APAC roster in addition or instead of Japan Roster based on the monthly needs of VCC
  • Claim and irregular management

 

* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

 You must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years experiences in aviation, freight forwarding or logistics industry 
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Japananese language
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Japan
