- Assist Executive Management with meeting preparations and agenda management
- Prepare presentations and documents for Board meetings
- Conduct independent business analysis and provide insights to the Executive team
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Corporate Office
- Act as the key liaison between Executive Management and the organization
- Support cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives
- Manage schedules in coordination with Executive Assistants

- Degree in Business Administration or related field; up to 5 years' experience
- Experience in aviation and working with C-level is a plus
- Fluent in English; German proficiency, Turkish an advantage
- Strong analytical and structured approach with attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial mindset and creativity in problem-solving
- Confident communicator with excellent coordination skills
- Eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment
- Trustworthy, discreet, and collaborative
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently
