As a Customer Service Manager you are an expert in the component repair services and customer relationship management:

  • You are the central operational contact person in customer service for aircraft component repair services
  • You look after our customers and develop sustainable customer relationships on working level
  • You operationally manage the whole value chain of single event services as part of an international customer service team
  • You actively shape problem solutions along the fulfilment process chain with the support of KPIs
  • You monitor costs and revenues on the relevant sales transactions
  • You validate contractual alignment and negotiate individual solutions with customers

We would be delighted if you meet the following requirements:

  • Completed technical or commercial apprenticeshin
  • Relevant additional qualification related to the assigned task or proven equivalent qualifications in individual cases 
  • Professional experience in material management or technical customer service
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Very good IT skills 
  • Openness to travelling domestically and abroad
