- Responsible for the contract negotiation and to execute the preparation of agreements within the area of Line Maintenance International, namely buying and selling of line maintenance services worldwide for SWISS.
- Maintaining and updating the Contract Management and Control (CMC) System and the Group Contract Management System.
- Acquisition and support of global customers and/or suppliers.
- Participation for SWISS in International Airline Technical Pooling-conferences and others.
- Fulfil SWISS Contract Management Policies and Regulations.
- Supports Head of Business Support Services.
- Participates in projects in alignment with Head of Business Support Services.
- Cooperates with Managers Provider Stations (SWISS/Edelweiss) by taking over supporting functions and limited projects.

- Held a leading function in line maintenance sales, ground handling or operations or substantial experience in the airline industry as a certified aircraft engineer.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an airline MRO, technical or operational organization supporting customer airlines.
- University Degree (BSc) is an advantage
- Business Administration experience.
- Sales experience is a benefit.
- Customer oriented and a team player.
- Strong communication skills.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work in an international environment.
- Good Microsoft Office capabilities
- Fluent and negotiation-secure in written and spoken English / German of advantage
