- Take over responsibility for the service portfolio of one of our major IT Service Provider
- Define and monitor application & infrastructure SLAs/KPIs of our providers and application management service partners
- Act as a consultant for our business & IT in the domain-specific value streams and projects
- Manage & optimize IT assets and their costs
- Ensure IT services comply with security standards and are delivered according to governance
- Manage escalations toward our providers
- Plan, oversee & document regular Disaster Recovery Tests
- Actively steer lifecycle topics (e.g., infrastructure, operating system, and middleware)
- Stay up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology and update the IT community

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on IT Service Management or a similar role
- Proficient with on premise provider offerings and cloud computing concepts such as infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and software-as-a-service (SaaS)
- Experience in license management and and affinity for financial topics is a plus
- Structured, customer-centric team-player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in German and English
