As an intern, you will support our team in day-to-day business, have the opportunity to participate in current projects and work on topics independently.
You will support us with the following tasks:
- Carrying out statistical data analyses to answer questions for specialist departments
- Development of forecasting models & segmentation, e.g. for the targeted management of marketing measures and to improve our customer services, products & processes
- Carrying out target group selection for direct marketing campaigns as well as the subsequent success evaluation & assessment of profitability
- Translating questions & problems into verifiable hypotheses as well as planning & carrying out suitable tests & analyses
- Interpretation & presentation of analysis results and recommendations for action derived from them

- You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship or are in your GAP year
- At the time of the internship, you are studying mathematics/statistics, computer science, business informatics, econometrics, business administration or a comparable degree program with an analytical focus
- Interest in analytical issues & initial experience in the application of statistical analysis methods, machine learning or data mining
- Quick comprehension, good communication skills, talent for coordination and a high level of initiative
- Ideally user knowledge in dealing with relational database systems, database queries in SQL & a statistical programming language (e.g. Python, R, SAS)
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
