Your main tasks include:

  • Support with preparation, audit, submission and publishing of local bookkeeping and financial statements in accordance with local legal regulations and coordinate with accountants, auditors and internal stakeholders
  • Follow up of changes in local regulations and coordinate with the responsible finance colleagues in order to keep country specification up to date
  • Coordinate with tax consultants and advise responsible finance colleagues regarding the changes in taxation laws and compliances
  • Take over from responsible finance colleagues in case of complex issues such as tax audits, and coordinate on such issues with all stakeholders
  • Risk management (financial, tax, legal)
  • Ensure compliance with regulations applicable to incentives

If you want to be the next Finance & Business Administration Expert you must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration and at least 3-5 years of work experience required
  • Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration and at least 1-3 years of work experience desirable
  • Fluent knowledge of English, Chinese / Mandarin, both written and spoken required
  • Solid knowledge on fiscal law
  • Knowledge of local Tax compliance and regulatory regulations
  • Knowledge of company secretarial obligations
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office products
  • SAP knowledge desirable
  • Excellent business sense 
  • Excellent cost consciousness 
  • Excellent detail oriented  
  • Willingness to travel
  • Constant time pressure
  • Ability to deal with complex issues 
  • Must possess legal work permit in China
