As Senior Manager Sales Development Leisure Markets (m/f/d) you are responsible for the business development of freight transport on the Lufthansa Group's tourism routes, in particular for:
- Developing and implementing revenue-enhancing measures for leisure markets, developing transport solutions for customers and removing sales barriers on the basis of the existing LCAG product and service portfolio
- Stakeholder management: Acting as a centre of excellence for leisure markets and the specific leisure routes. Global contact person for all strategic, content-related and tactical issues for external customers and partners as well as for Lufthansa Cargo's sales team
- Promoting specific expertise through appropriate communication measures, attending trade fairs and maintaining industry contacts

Are you a team player with an affinity for proactive business development? Further requirements are as follows:
- Completed university degree relevant to the job, or knowledge and skills equivalent to those required for the job through relevant training and professional experience
- Many years of relevant professional experience in business development, sales and/or product management
- Knowledge of the tourism business / leisure markets desirable
- Experience with strategic project work, conceptual work, very good PowerPoint skills, affinity for numbers
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- English: business fluent; German: good knowledge desirable
- Results-orientated, cross-company thinking and action
- Confident demeanour at all hierarchical levels, persuasiveness and assertiveness
- Willingness to travel
