Tasks
As a mechanic, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Carry out maintenance and repair of aircraft components
- Work on repair orders and carry out modifications as part of supplementary maintenance
- Checking and adjusting components on test benches
- Documenting maintenance work and certifying components for flight operations

Requirements
For your new job as a mechanic at Lufthansa Technik, you should have the following qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in an aeronautical field, e.g. aircraft mechanic
- Alternatively: (promptly) completed vocational training in a metalworking field, e.g. industrial mechanic, car mechanic, cutting machine operator, mechatronics technician, tool mechanic, precision mechanic, plant mechanic or a comparable qualification
- Willingness to acquire missing qualifications and to undergo job-related further training
- German language skills are desirable or you should be willing to learn German
- Good English knowledge
