Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Keeping records of employees' holidays, controlling the preparation and observance of the regular holiday schedule
  • Preparation of the staffing schedule (Складання штатного розкладу)
  • Preparation of time sheets (Підготовка табелю обліку робочого часу) (2 times per month)
  • Timely accrual of holidays and sick leave (120 employees)
  • Calculation of holidays, sick leave and other benefits
  • Comply with Ukrainian and Headquarter reporting, accounting, taxation. Submission of reports on sick leave, unified social tax, 1 DF
  • Support internal and external advertising of positions in coordination with local management, shared service centers and if applicable with other relevant HR positions
  • Manage all formalities e.g. issuing of contracts, registration with relevant authorities, signing up for social, health and other relevant insurances and plans
  • Process salaries, individual salary changes and bonus payments; pass on all relevant information to internal or external payroll providers

The ideal HR Services Specialist should meet the following requirements:

  • Higher education (finance, accounting)
  • Experience in a similar position (with similar functionality)
  • Knowledge of the labour legislation of Ukraine (Labour Code, the Law on holidays, sick leave and other regulations, instructions, provisions)
  • Knowledge of 1C BAS, Art-zvit, M.E.Doc, Excel Client-Bank, etc.
  • Knowledge of all types of accruals (salaries, holidays, maternity, sick leave)
  • Experience in working with large amounts of information
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
