  • Leading sales projects including contract negotiations
  • Development of offers/business plans for sales projects incl. concepts, pricing & risk assessment based on the cost calculations & target margins
  • Analysis & Forecast of customer demand incl. identification of up-selling potentials.Development of sales strategies & performance of sales activities
  • Customer visits & build-up of lasting, reliable & resilient customer relationships
  • Active analysis, steering & optimization of the assigned customer accounts incl. monitoring & active steering of the contract fulfillment.Report tasks in connection with the assigned accounts
  • Smooth transition from acquisition phase to contract fulfillment phase & further to after sales phase incl. necessary information flows & documentation
  • Support of product launches

  • Min. 3+ years professional experience in international business environment
  • University degree in relevant field or experience the field of sales, commercials or project management
  • Excellent Eng and Hun knowledge
  • Excellent organizational, intercultural and communication skills
  • Distinct analytical and conceptual thinking, ability to manage complexity
  • Ability to present and transfer complex topics in a precise, clear and structured way
  • High level of customer orientation and sound business acumen
  • Resilience to stress and high workload, advanced conflict management skills
  • Ability to balance between customer needs and pressure to suppliers
  • Ability to generate new ideas and identify potential for improvement within its own working area
  • Adaptability and ability to work in team
  • Willingness to travel abroad
