For our group company Lufthansa Technik AG we are looking for you and your innovative ideas as an intern for Facility & Equipment Engineering in the MRO Infrastructure Services department.
Afterwards there is the opportunity to write a thesis.

  • Processing smaller development projects in the area of machine and system procurement as well as automation projects
  • Support in the design of new, international workshops
  • If necessary, support in the area of "digital networking of machines and systems"
  • Creation of presentations & decision templates
  • Further development of a wiki to record standards and processes
  • Support with the implementation of improvement measures

Insights into engineering at Lufthansa Technik

The machines and systems we provide are essential components for the highly complex repair of aircraft components, in this case a main landing gear.

The internship is scheduled to start in November 2024 for 6 months. The internship is remunerated.

To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship.

  • Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
  • High level of enthusiasm and motivation
  • Independence and ability to grasp things quickly
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good IT skills (MS Office)
  • Structured, analytical way of working and thinking
  • Very good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of written and spoken English
