Your tasks as a Detail Inspector, Quality Control may include, among others:
- Provides final return to service on components, sub-assemblies and engines
- Reads and interprets engine manuals, aircraft manuals and work orders to perform required duties
- Creates and uses necessary inspection documents such as Shop Travelers, Dimensional Insp. Sheets, etc.
- Use’s precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.) as needed
- Detects errors and corrects through proper departmental channels
- Complies with all company policies, procedures and safety requirements
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Control Supervisor or Manager

You must fulfill the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- 2+ years of Commercial aviation engine experience preferred
- Fluency in English language required
- FAA A&P certification is preferred
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as user
- Good analytical skills
- Strong detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving
- Excellent quality consciousness
- Willingness to travel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Shift work / overtime
- Constant time pressure
- High stress levels
- Lift up to 70 lbs
- Outdoor weather conditions
