I optimize the entire value stream B2B Sales & Loyalty (group of product teams), ensuring an efficient and effective delivery of value to customers. I am responsible for the vision and the respective products (product / tech focus) within my Value Stream.
What I’ll do:
- Develop a vision and strategy for the value stream, aligning it with the organization's strategic goals, with a focus on customer-centricity
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, other Value Stream Leads, Hangar Management
- Ensure alignment of the value stream strategy with the overall strategy
- Establish long-term goals and define a roadmap that maximizes value delivery by prioritizing initiatives and considering customer needs, market dynamics
- Analyze value stream performance using relevant metrics (OKRs, KPIs, key product metrics)
- Ensure that the technical solutions delivered by the teams adhere to quality standards
- Provide strong leadership to agile teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement
- Manage the budget for the value stream

What I’ll need:
- At least 5 years of leadership experience with large cross-functional and intercultural teams in a scaled agile environment
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in delivering strategic products to the organization, in the field of B2B sales, loyalty, customer service (Airline experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication skills and can analyses between different stakeholders
- Senior-level experience in leading, coaching, developing teams and practical knowledge of coaching tools in team management
- Knowledge of software-development processes, digital products, as well as methodologies and frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, OKRs)
- Strong analytical ability, to solve problems in complex environment and cross-functional teams
- Very good command of English language
