As the Supply Chain Manager, you will perform the following duties:
- Continuous optimization of the supply chain for aircraft components and align with interfaces such as customer service, material planning, process centers, logistics and airline customers
- Prior experience in Supply Chain Management / Fulfillment
- Previous experience dealing directly with customers is an asset
- Define and pursue concepts & strategies proactively to further develop the Aircraft Component supply for PD ACS for existing contracts as well as for new sales projects
- Close monitoring and improving of Supply performance on multiple large customer agreements. Identify pain points in the existing supply chain design & proactively work internally with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions
- Identify process challenges along the supply chain
* Participate in other duties as assigned
You must fulfill the following requirements:
- Detailed knowledge of Supply Chain, Material Management or Logistics
- Knowledge of MRO and adjacent processes
- Detailed knowledge of the LHT, PD or ACS organization and its processes
- Must be comfortable to interact directly with higher management and present the necessary details wherever required
- Able to analyze based on available data and comfortable to take decisions based on such analysis
- Ability to work within teams and with multiple stakeholders across geographical locations
- Good computer skills (MS-Office, SAP)
- Intercultural competence
- Willingness to travel within APAC and to Germany
- Ability to handle stress
