As a Contracts & Compliance Specialist, you'll forge strong union relationships, drive impactful negotiations, resolve disputes, craft contracts, conduct audits, and manage contracts to advance Crew Planning & Disposition.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with union representatives, ensuring open communication and mutual respect.
- Provide vital support during negotiations with unions, helping to craft agreements that benefit both the company and our crew.
- Resolve contractual disputes with finesse, ensuring that our interests are always protected.
- Develop and enforce robust compliance policies and procedures tailored to the unique demands of Crew Planning & Disposition.
- Conduct audits to ensure ongoing compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a dynamic contract database, proactively managing key dates and obligations to keep us ahead of the curve.

- Degree in law, business administration, aviation, or related fields.
- Experience in contract management, compliance, and union relations in complex organizational settings.
- Strong understanding of aviation industry legal and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex contracts and regulatory documents.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 and contract management software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, engaging diverse audiences.
- Fluency in German and English required.
