- Driving the development and implementation of a partner-specific Miles & More value proposition, marketing campaigns and customer processes
- Management coordination and coordination with important internal interfaces such as marketing, customer insight, controlling, process management/IT

- Completed degree/university degree in economics or a related field; alternatively, completed commercial vocational training in conjunction with many years of relevant professional experience
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the area of multi-partner program, stand-alone program, payment or CRM consulting
- Ideally experience in the acquisition of new projects or follow-up projects. In this context, confident appearance and presentation in front of groups of hierarchically higher-ranking persons is desirable
- Excellent and goal-oriented communication skills in German and English as well as other foreign languages desirable
- Business acumen and sales talent as well as argumentation and negotiation skills, willingness to travel on business
