The GFM is responsible for all travel requirement related topics as well as the transmission of passenger data. Together with a virtual team of experts, you contribute to minimize operational disruption for the carrier and its customers.
- Relieve the daily workload of existing team members by supporting them with ad-hoc or routine tasks
- Participate in various internal department meetings
- Support the team during evaluation and data administration of immigration fines
- Reorganize the administrative structure of facilitation topics on the MS Teams and sharepoint in cooperation with the team
- Analyze and carry out clarifications on various topics, support units and systems
- Support the GFM in the interpretation, implementation and communication of the worldwide travel requirements
- Support the handling of the team e-mail filing system, by clustering topics and answering requests from worldwide stakeholders

The candidate possesses quick learning skills, enabling the intern to support the existing team members whenever needed.
- Workload Specification: For this position, 100% workload is preferred.
- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)
- Studies in law or political science would be an asset
- Experience in airline ground operations or in other functional areas within the airline industry would be an asset
- Open-minded team player
- Customer-oriented mindset solution-oriented thinking
- Strong-conceptual and analytical capabilities
- Very good spoken and written German and English skills
- Very good MS Office skills
- Self-dependent, reliable and responsible person
