- Strategy implementation and workshops: Support us in the implementation and further development of our new corporate strategy, which we have been successfully driving forward for the past year. Conduct workshops on exciting strategic topics with employees and the entire LGBS management team
- OKR methodology: Support the introduction and application of the OKR methodology (Objectives and Key Results) so that LGBS can clearly define its goals and achieve measurable successes
- Event management: work with our team to plan and organize exciting and inspiring events that bring our strategy and corporate culture to life

To become part of our strategy team, you should bring the following with you:
- To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester of study at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or internship between Bachelor's and Master's degree (Gap Year)
- You have an analytical mindset, are a talented organizer and have a structured way of working
- You are a team player, have excellent communication skills and show a high degree of initiative and resilience
- You have a keen interest in strategic issues
- You have a good command of written and spoken English

We offer shared services worldwide for the entire Lufthansa Group in the areas of Finance, Business Intelligence & Transformation, Human Resources, Procurement and IT as well as Occupational Safety and Medical Services, which we provide or manage ourselves.
