- Administrative assistance for Planning and Engineering department;
- Perform data entry in customer systems;
- Administer Maintenance Data and Maintenance Records;
- Take an active role in the implementation of processes improvements within Planning and Engineering;
- Printing, checking, processing, sorting and distributing of job cards, reports and other working documents;
- Supporting and administrating all organizational activities in Planning and Engineering department.

- Understanding and experience in handling of documentation;
- Knowledge of aircraft documentation and ATA Chapter system is considered as an advantage;
- Work independently and be initiative driven;
- Methodical and well organized;
- Work neatly and accurately with attention to detail and quality;
- Team player;
- Organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
- Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office applications;
- Knowledge of SAP is considered as an advantage.
