What does the Aviation Store Specialist (Analyst level) role look like?:

  • Process storage and pulling of said material
  • Proactively work to resolve discrepancies as they occur
  • Support, cooperate, and communicate with all colleagues, including shop and purchasing staff
  • Physical handling of material
  • Operate equipment as directed
  • Input data in EDP system in keeping with procedures
  • Coordinate with delivery service providers as required
  • Work with and support customer requirements
  • Perform record keeping and filing as needed
  • Work according to, and support the Quality Management System Process documentation according to instruction and procedures
  • Recognize significance of required airworthiness certificates for aircraft material and properly applying associated regulatory requirements

If you're ready to excel in the role of Aviation Store Specialist, here are the essential checkpoints to soar ahead:

  • Bachelor desirable in Customs and Foreign Trade, International Relationships, International Trade or related to Logistics
  • 3 years of experience desirable
  • English language proficency (read, written & spoken)
  • Aviation logistics industry knowledge
  • IT Knowledge as user MS Office, especially MS Excel for reporting purposes
  • Willing to work under high stress levels
  • Must be willing to work outdoor weather conditions
  • Must be willing to work with noise pollution
  • Be able to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Willing to work under constant time pressure
  • Must be able to pass training Courses relevant to your job description
  • Willing to travel when required for training requirements
  • Willing to work shifts/overtime
  • Must possess work permit in Mexico
