In your role, you’ll set engineering best practices and the organizational framework. You’ll plan and execute transformations at all levels. You’ll lead Lido’s engineering organization across all locations, ensuring continuous innovation.

  • Define and communicate Lido’s technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Oversee all aspects of the development lifecycle, including strategic planning, design/architecture, development, delivery, and maintenance
  • Lead a team of 350+ smart, skilled and passionate engineers across FRA, GDR, ZRH, and PCT
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the engineering organization
  • Maintain technical excellence by promoting best practices and quality assurance
  • Champion clean, maintainable, efficient code
  • Drive continuous technology innovation: AI deployment, cloud usage, and engineering process improvement
  • Manage the budget and non-financial KPIs for your area

  • University degree, preferably in computer science, economics or engineering (g. aerospace) and relevant
    professional experience in the IT product implementation (at least 6 years)
  • Excellent skills in software engineering, agile methodologies, IT management methodologies, state of the
    art technology
  • High social and intellectual competence, experience in change projects in large organizations, strong
    leadership and problem-solving skills at all hierarchical levels
  • Innovative spirit, ability to work independently, ability to coach and lead a large multinational team
  • Solid experience in leadership roles
  • Business fluent in English, experience with intercultural teams, willingness to travel, German language skills
    are helpful but not a must
