As a Platform PMO, I support platform teams, ensuring smooth execution of processes and tasks. My role involves managing budgets, resources & reporting to enhance efficiency in the Platforms area and drive improvement. I am a point of contact, facilitating communication and streamlining workflows.
What I’ll do:
- As a PMO professional, you'll support as a strategic partner for the Platform leadership, overseeing critical aspects including budget management, vendor contracts, and order processes within the platform teams.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining financial dashboards and reports to monitor the progress and performance of platforms and financial metrics.
- Your role will also involve crafting strategic presentations and maintaining resource plans to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- You will collaborate with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of platform activities with organizational goals and compliance regulations.

- At least 3 years of experience in project management office, controlling, or reporting roles within a platform team context.
- Proficient in budget management and financial analysis, using tools such as SAP.
- Expertise in creating and managing dashboards and reports using reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Extensive experience in handling vendor contracts, including negotiation, drafting, and management, using tools such as DocuSign.
- Knowledgeable in order management processes in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Very good command of English language
