As Group Head:in Business Continuity Management LH Group you will be responsible for the implementation and continuous development of Business Continuity Management at LH Group level and ensure the development of the implementation of minimum standards within the business units.

  • Management, motivation and development of subordinate employees
  • Supporting the Crisis & Emergency Management process owner in a strategic context with regard to business continuity management
  • Establishment, optimization and further development of LH Group-wide processes within the subject area of "Business Continuity Management", taking into account Group-specific requirements
  • Implementation of process changes in the operational context, advice on adjustments in the sense of the Group optimum and decision-making,
  • Designing a performance management system for business continuity management in the LH Group,
  • Definition and continuous monitoring of procedural and operational KPIs according to benchmark with main competitors

You are interested and fulfill the following requirements:

  • A completed university degree (Master) in business administration, organization, process management, quality management, controlling, law or similar
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of business contiunuity management, analysis and risk management. Ideally with a globally operating company, at least 3 years of management experience
  • Interoperability, efficient cooperation and coordination between all participating BC organizations
  • Strong political skills in dealing with committees, negotiating partners and all management levels
  • Experience in project management
  • Argumentation/negotiation skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (business fluent)
  • Ability to travel internationally (also to crisis and risk areas)
