As Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager (all genders) you pursue a decentralized testing approach at Eurowings and have the task of promoting and supporting the culture of experimentation within the company. This means that you not only conduct experiments, but also advise and train other teams and departments on how to plan, implement and analyze their own experiments.

What you’ll do
- Drive-forward the CRO strategy/roadmap at Eurowings alongside industry-leaders and technical experts
- Set up, launch, and develop A/B tests in the best interest of Eurowings using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, Dynamic Yield, Kameleoon, VWO etc.
- Manage and coordinate different stakeholders and contributors within the organization (e.g. Product Owner, Channel Owner, Content, SEO, UX, Data & BI, MarTech) along the entire customer journey
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvements of our experimentation platform
- Apply targeting and personalization to push CRO to a next level
- Create ongoing reports related to core Growth/CRO Programm metrics in the context of a decentralized approach
- Pro-actively ensure that the organization has no difficulties in generating unambiguous hypotheses in everyday life and creating first-class concepts from them
- Draw conclusions and gain insights from different reports, KPIs, data, etc.
What you’ll bring
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to convince them regarding CRO best practices by using proper arguments and data
- Expertise working in cross-functional teams
- Latest knowledge regarding current developments and trends in the CRO domain
- A data driven mindset
What you’ll need
- Approximately 3-5 years’ experience working as a CRO Manager or similar role
- A very strong background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and application of experiments on web & mobile and other communication channels relevant for Eurowings
- Expert knowledge in research tools (like SurveyMonkey, Usabilla or Contentsquare) to get gainful insights from Eurowings' customers
- A strong technical background and a solid sales (digital marketing) understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Several years’ experience in running all CRO activities within a company
- Expertise how multi-channel media campaigns, paid search testing, ad text and landing pages and ecommerce platforms work
