As a PRODUCT MANAGER I am a key player in delivering impact in digitizing the travel experience. I have the end-to-end accountability for a program developed by product teams steered by product owners and take part in our collaborative effort to develop the next era of digitally enhanced travelling.
- End-to-end ownership of my program in the Digital Hangar portfolio and drive the commercial success
- Develop a vision and strategy for my program and how it will fit into the current market and the agenda of the Digital Hangar
- Build and improve a program that creates meaningful value for customers and all stakeholders
- Support the value stream leads in ensuring product teams are enabled and empowered to deliver value for our customers
- Maximize the value of my program by managing and prioritizing features in the program backlog and handling dependencies within and across the value streams
- Develop the roadmap for my program and represent the voice of the customer within the development cycle and our processes
- Support the product owners and the teams to deliver high- quality solutions

- At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Owner in a scaled agile environment
- Excellent knowledge of airline customer journey processes
- Strong ability to structure complex issues, prioritize accordingly and facilitate between different parties
- Strong analytical skills to understand and assess the travel market, identify white spots and translate them into a holistic product roadmap
- Effective communication skills and capability to easily facilitate discussions and analyses between cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products, as well as methodologies and frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban and OKRs
- Willingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving it
- Very good command of the English language
