As a shift leader in line maintenance, your main responsibilities would include:
- Coordination and further development of processes, work procedures and workflows.
- Coordinating planned and unplanned maintenance events on OS aircraft in compliance with manufacturer regulations.
- Responsible for report any occurrence per Part-145.A.60 and Austrian Technik procedures.
- Ensure regular on time and economical aircraft maintenance in accordance with demanded standard and size at the approved company areas.
- Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that maintenance schedules are met and aircraft are available for service as needed.
- Diagnosing complex technical issues and developing effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize safety and reliability.
- Providing mentorship to line maintenance technicians and working to develop their skills and expertise.

- Professional experience of at least 3 years in the aviation industry in an aircraft maintenance organization as a Certifying Technician
- Valid AML (Aircraft Maintenance License) B1 or B2
- Knowledge of aviation regulations such as Part 145 and Part 66
- Leadership skills and ability to promote motivation and commitment in a team
- Convincing and self-confident demeanor towards employees and in representing the interests of the team
- Skilled in dealing with conflict situations and ability to mediate
- Ability to take customer requirements and employee interests into account in the best possible way on both sides
- Willingness and suitability for shift work
- Good German and English language skills (written & spoken)
- Good IT skills, in particular MS Office and AMOS
- Unrestricted work permit for Austria
