Head of Crew Planning

To direct the Crew Res Scheduling Dept with regard to prep, planning, monitoring and adjusting crew manpower needs and rostering, within the constraints set by legislation, CLA’s and productivity targets.This role has an important impact on the company’s operations and therefore on its ability to reach its comm and fin objectives as the role impacts directly the lives of the flying crew community.
