We are looking for a team player who is responsible for excellent communication and working relationship between Spairliners and MRO's. Your role will also be to monitor performance of the return of unserviceable material and facilitate regular stock takes.
Procurement of MRO/OEM Services:
- Develop and execute SPL procurement strategy
- Establish and develop partnerships with selected suppliers
- Negotiate best offers and develop secured pricing strategies
- Perform continuous monitoring of the supplier market
- Risk assessment, cost & quality control, KPI reporting
- Continuous optimization of purchasing processes
- Close collaboration with Sales Department to jointly design future products
- Compliant supplier relationship management
Contract Management of MRO/OEM Services:
- Active management of SPAIRLINERS supplier contracts
- Organize and manage communication between SPAIRLINERS and MROs &OEMs
- Negotiate, adjust and implement of contractual conditions to sustain SPAIRLINERS activity and to secure the deployment of future service

- Completed relevant studies in Economics or Business Administration
- Work experience in Procurement and Contract Management in the Aircraft Component Support business or in the aviation MRO industry
- Keen perception and a proven expertise in Contract and Procurement Management
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- Professional Office 365 skills
- English business level skills, other language skills e.g., German or French are welcome
- High professional commitment, an international mind-set, and a hands-on approach to your work
- Willingness to travel
