  • Participate in, lead and support OTE short-term and long-term projects
  • Develop, monitor and keep up-to-date business plans for the assigned projects
  • Provide business intelligence to assist strategic decision-making within the OTE department
  • Perform internal tooling and equipment analyzes
  • Develop, review and keep up to date the tooling blueprints for potential expansions and new aircraft types entry into service
  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities
  • Develop strategies for sourcing new and used tooling at optimized costs
  • Support, monitor and control the Training and Development need of the department
  • Provide support on OTE process development and improvements
  • Furnish the OTE Central Services and Business Development Manager with monthly reports and KPIs as required

  • Engineering/Project management/Business Administration university degree (Engineering is an advantage)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar job or industry
  • Good technical and mechanical knowledge and understanding
  • Experience in project management and aircraft tooling and equipment is an advantage
  • Fluent English (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent computer literacy (advanced knowledge of MS Excel required)
  • Willingness to travel abroad
  • Experience with material resource planning systems (preferably SAP) is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent vendor and customer orientation
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure, multitask and prioritise
