As the Project Manager, you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsibilities, including:
- Independently manage and supervise strategic projects at BizJet and in the MES network (budget > $500kUSD) in a time and cost efficient manner, support change ensure successful transfer and stabilization into routine operation
- Develop further the IT infrastructure, direct IT and digitalization projects, provide IT consultation to network partner
- Design business and production processes
- Develop and implement measures to optimize business and production processes
- Efficiently communicate with corresponding LHT interfaces or other involved business units
- Manage change initiated by transformation projects, provide instructions and trainings

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree desirable
- 2 – 3 years of project management and/or business development experience preferably in the field of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) or similar technical services (PMP certification desirable)
- Experience in AS9100 environment preferred
- Fluent English language skills required
- German language desirable
- High degree of intercultural competency
- Technical knowledge in aerospace industry, specifically Engine services
- Understanding of cultural differences in foreign countries
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
- Must occasionally move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds across office for various needs
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S
